🔍 Framework 9 – We Are the Recovered People
This framework reclaims the term “recovery” from secular definitions and reframes it as sacred return. For American Descendants of Slavery, recovery is not about addiction—it is about restoration. We are not lost people seeking wholeness; we are sacred people being called back to memory, dignity, and divine alignment. Recovery, in this context, is not weakness—it is witness. We are not broken trying to be fixed. We are beloved, rising to remember who we’ve always been.
